Your Neighborhood Library
The North Conway Library is a privately funded library which is free and open to the public.
This means we look and act like a public library but we receive no public funding- no money from the town, the state, or the federal government. We must raise 100% of or our operating funds every year.
Therefore we depend on your donations, our corporate sponsors and our fundraising programs!
The library is large enough to offer its patrons a broad selection, and small enough to respond to the reading needs and preferences of its users.
Books, books on CD, DVDs, magazines, board games, puzzles, reference collection, local history & genealogy collection.
On any given day, we own at least 70% of the books on the current NY Times best seller list and at least 80% of the top movies, plus the Academy Awards winners.
